What is your warranty?
Our plant warranty is for 1 year for most items. The full warranty can be found here.
Do I need to give a deposit?
We generally ask for a deposit of 1/3 the total or less approximately two weeks before the project starts.
What payment methods do you accept?
All invoices are emailed to the client, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or ACH (e-check).
Do you go outside your service area?
Sometimes. It depends on the project, please reach out and we can discuss.
Are you licensed and insured?
Su is fully insured for landscaping and carpentry work. Massachusetts does not license it’s landscapers. However Su holds a Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) license: HIC #211156
